Kemiko Stone Tone Concrete Stain creates a stunning decorative natural stone appearance for both interior and exterior surfaces. Rich mottling effects, in various multi-hued colors, are achieved by chemically bonding specific metallic ions with the lime component present in the concrete. Each floor is unique in varying degrees of intensity due to the reactive nature of the stain. Stone Tone Concrete Stain transforms a properly prepared floor into a unique, one-of-a-kind, luxurious surface at a fraction of the cost, as compared to marble or glazed stone. Stone Tone Concrete Stain is zero VOC and UV resistant.

Kemiko Stone Tone Concrete Stain may be applied to properly prepared and thoroughly cleaned concrete and cement or plaster materials that contain sufficient cement/lime necessary for a color reaction. Typical applications include restaurants, wineries and brewery’s, hotels, educational environments, healthcare facilities, commercial retail floors, residential, driveways, patios, water features and many other applications that desire quality yet cost effective color-enhanced floor appearance giving the look and feel of natural stone.

For the best application, Kemiko Stone Tone Concrete Stain, is mixed with equal parts water and applied using an all-plastic, garden type pump-up sprayer. Refer to Application Tips for more information on how to apply. Due to the nature of a chemical reaction, results cannot be guaranteed. The product is guaranteed to be manufactured properly. Store between 50°F-85° (10°C-29°C) and 5°F (3°C) above dew point. Avoid using in direct sunlight.

Kemiko Neutra Clean is an industrial strength, high performance water base sodium metasilicate cleaner for the preparation of bare concrete and coated substrates. Neutra Clean is a water viscosity, single component product with a pleasant citrus odor that does not contain any hazardous solvents, is concentrated and diluted with water, and prepares the surface for staining, sealing, and recoating. Neutra Clean replaces the baking soda component used to neutralize the acid prior to sealing or waxing. Neutra Clean is applied with commercially available pressure sprayers, steam cleaners, or simply poured onto floor and worked into the surface with a stiff bristle brush or floor machine. Low VOC and biodegradable.

Kemiko Wax is designed for use on interior porous surfaces that are unaffected by contact with mineral spirits, such as new and old concrete, unglazed brick and tile, flagstone and unsealed wood. Wax enhances the depth of color and provides surface protection against water penetration, scuffing and marring. Wax is best applied with a slow speed (175 RPM) floor machine, a natural, stiff bristle brush (Bassine) attachment and a natural medium bristle brush (Palmyra, Union Mix, or Tampico) attachment for buffing. Provides a low sheen finish that allows the substrate to breathe. LEED compliant and water cleanup.

Kemiko Stone Tone Sealer II is a low viscosity, low odor, single component, acrylic water-based sealer that can be used to protect bare concrete, Stone Tone acid-stained concrete, and Rembrandt Polymer stained concrete without giving a wet look. This user friendly easy-to-apply coating is designed to be a waterproofing sealer for horizontal and vertical cementitious substrates such as concrete and masonry. Low VOC, chemical resistance, stain resistance, and UV resistance. Kemiko Stone Tone Sealer II is available in clear gloss or flat finish variations and is an excellent replacement product for high VOC lacquers, acrylics, and varnishes It is designed for interior and exterior use with excellent wear qualities. It is suggested two thin coats be applied instead of one thick coat. The surface dries in 2-3 hours; however, heavy traffic should be avoided for 24 hours and washing avoided for 48 hours. Sealers are best applied with conventional commercial air spray or airless spray equipment utilizing spray gun tip size between .013”-.015”; however, professional pump-up sprayers, rollers, lambs wool and micro-fiber pads are optional application methods for trained professionals.

Kemiko Easy Shine Wax is a water-based acrylic polymer mop-on floor finish formulated to protect and minimize the scratching of Kemiko and Epoxies. This maintenance product can be applied by spraying or pouring on the surface and massaging in a figure eight motion onto the floor with a micro-fiber pad. A minimum of two coats are recommended and the drying time is 20-30 minutes. Easy Shine Mop on Wax is available in a gloss or satin finish. This interior, mop on concrete wax is low-VOC, low odor and very user friendly to apply. Easy Shine is formulated to repel water and reduce scuffing and marring while providing a deep, rich shine. Available finishes: gloss and satin. Water cleanup.

Kemiko Easy Strip Wax Stripper is a biodegradable, high performance water base concentrated wax stripper. Easy Strip is designed for easy removal of Kemiko Easy Shine waxes. This interior stripper is low odor and free of hazardous solvents. Kemiko Easy Strip may be used on many interior and exterior surfaces requiring removal of wax build up. It is applied with commercially available low pressure sprayers or simply poured onto floor and worked into the surface with a stiff bristle brush, pads, or floor machine.

Kemiko Color Enhancing Acrylic Concrete Sealer is a solvent base, single component, deep penetrating sealer. This color enhancing interior/exterior wet look concrete sealer is non-yellowing and hot tire resistant. Kemiko Color Enhancing Acrylic Concrete Sealer is formulated to provide resistance against staining, weathering and UV light. This fast cure, wet look sealer protects Kemiko Stone Tone Stained concrete and other cementitious substrates, including decorative and architectural surfaces, while allowing substrate to breathe.

Kemiko Repels Sealer is a water base, single component, silane/siloxane emulsion sealer. This exterior, water repellent sealer is zero VOC, very user friendly to apply and provides excellent wetting properties. Repels is formulated to provide resistance against water penetration, frost damage, efflorescence, high alkalinity exposure and UV light. It seals and protects Kemiko Stone Tone Stained concrete and other cementitious substrates, including bare concrete, stucco, fired clay brick and mortars. This silane siloxane water repellent concrete floor sealer absorbs into the substrate to produce a natural sheen finish.

Kemiko Clear-A-Thane Sealer is a water base, water viscosity, single component, acrylic urethane concrete floor sealer. This interior or exterior, non-yellowing concrete sealer is low VOC and very user friendly to apply. Clear-A-Thane is formulated to provide a resilient finish coat that offers resistance against staining, water penetration, acids, alkali and UV light. This acrylic concrete sealer can be used on cementitious surfaces as a waterproofing sealer. Available in gloss and satin finishes.

A clear, deep penetrating, non-yellowing, solvent based sealer designed for concrete substrates. MS300 is resistant to chemicals, oils, grease, transmission and hydraulic fluids, while protecting against the attack of waterborne salts, acids and alkalis. It helps block the effects of efflorescence in concrete. Its high perm rate allows ready transmission of moisture vapor. Provides a natural look.

MS 300 may be used as a surface densifier and or dust proofing on concrete. In applications where maximum protection is desired, MS300 should be applied as a deep subsurface seal with a final coat of SP600 as a protecting top coat.

Weather conditions, porosity, texture of the surface and film build will determine the amount of product necessary for effective treatment. Total amount product required for (2) coats will range between 200-600 SQ FT per gallon.

A ready-made product that is a solvent based combination of specially modified thermoplastic resins. The water repellant Seal Pro 600 is non-yellowing, chemical resistant, able to withstand UV attack and meets all EPA regulations. Seal Pro 600 is excellent for all concrete, as well as providing the wet look to exposed aggregate. Seal Pro 600 penetrates into the concrete approximately 1/8” and provides a highly resistant surface.
